Name & Brand
To kick off the brand overhaul, we set out to replace the original name, Pro Arts Studio, with something that would better represent the organization's mission and predominantly bilingual Latino audience. ElevArte Community Studio is culturally fluent and uplifting, aspirational and deeply human.
We designed the logotype from hand-drawn script, imperfect but no less elegant, with the first two letters in particular reflecting the studio's humanity, pride and cohesive focus on leadership and independence.
The spirited palette features tangerine and fuchsia, as well as a fiery hot gradient, capturing the energy and exuberance of the youth they serve.
In addition to stationery, we designed buttons and an informational brochure, featuring color-treated photos of real youths and their families, as well as copy in both Spanish and English to serve all members of the ElevArte community.
